1. The website
This website presents the Tavoli project, its planned experience and ways to contact the team. Features, availability and launch timing remain subject to development and confirmation.
2. Contact and launch updates
The website does not create a customer account. Provide accurate details when contacting us. A waitlist or contact request is not a booking, a purchase or a guarantee of access. By submitting the waitlist form you ask to receive launch emails; they start only after you have confirmed your address through the link we send you, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any of them.

3. Payment demonstration
The phone preview simulates a dining and payment journey. Clicking its controls does not reserve funds, authorise a payment, open a real table or create a payment obligation. Do not enter real card information.
4. Splits and tips
Displayed splits and tips are illustrative. No guest is charged, no funds are collected or distributed, and no debt between participants is created by the demonstration.
5. Prices and offers
Browsing the site and sending an enquiry are free. Commercial prices, fees, credits and promotional examples are indicative and subject to confirmation in a separate agreement. They are not a binding offer or an entitlement to a free meal.
Welcome offer (planned, not yet confirmed): CHF 30 off the first bill paid through Tavoli. If it is offered, these general rules apply: one offer per person and per email address confirmed on the waitlist; valid once, on a first bill paid in the Tavoli app at a participating restaurant; tips are not covered; no cash value, not transferable and not combinable with other credits unless stated otherwise. Tavoli may change or withdraw the offer before launch; the final conditions published at launch prevail.
6. Points and status
Silver, Gold and Platinum, points and associated benefits illustrate the planned programme. The demonstration does not award a real status, points or benefits. Final rules and participating venues will be confirmed before the service launches.
7. Responsible use
Do not disrupt the site, misuse the forms, send spam, impersonate someone or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Security controls may temporarily limit repeated requests.
8. Information and availability
We maintain the website with reasonable care. Its content can change and temporary errors or unavailability may occur. Please contact us to confirm information before making a commercial decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Examples, restaurants and integrations
Restaurants, venues, brands, payment methods and software names shown on this website, including in the interactive phone, are used to illustrate how Tavoli works. They are not necessarily Tavoli partners, and showing them does not imply any endorsement, integration or accepted payment method. Figures, ratings, prices and timings shown are illustrative.
10. Applicable law and contact
