Do my staff need training?

About twenty minutes. The canvas shows one card per table: who is sitting there and what they like. Closing the ticket is all that’s needed.

Which data do other restaurants see about my guests?

Only standing (e.g. Gold) and preferences the guest chose to share — never your sales, menu or visit history. You keep full ownership of your own CRM data and can export it any time.

What about guests who don’t use Tavoli?

Nothing changes for them. Tavoli tables and regular tables coexist on the same floor.

Does Tavoli handle reservations?

Yes. Bookings land on the same canvas as your tables, with the guest’s profile attached: allergies, favourite table, standing. Walk-ins and bookings sit side by side, and the table is pre-authorised the moment the guest sits down.

Is the payment flow compliant in Switzerland?

Yes. Card data is tokenised by our PCI-DSS Level 1 processor; Tavoli never stores card numbers. Receipts meet Swiss VAT requirements and are itemised per guest.
